Sprint & Energy Feedback System
It would be great to see a visible sprint bar so players can better manage their stamina during chases.
Additionally, after using Juice or an Energy Bar, a temporary boost timer/timebar could appear on screen showing how long the effect will last.
This would improve clarity without reducing tension, since players would still need to decide when to use their resources.
Clear feedback would make gameplay feel more fair and strategic, especially in multiplayer situations.
Optional improvement:
The UI could be minimal and only appear while sprinting or under a boost effect, so immersion is not broken.

I feel as though the lack of a stamina bar allows for more horror situations as it is a subtle thing that the player has to keep track of and not seeing this gives just the slightest more depth to the levels. It is something that the player eventually interacts enough that the player can make a rough estimate on how much they have left. I believe it is also quicker for stamina to regenerate if the button is released before it fully depletes. Tldr I respectfully disagree -

CROSSANTFor most entities, when the player gets chased they immediately have infinite stamina until the chase is over

Four whole centsWould be nice to instead have a setting where you can "toggle UI". One of the really nice aspects of this game is the horror like element on the first playthrough. However when replaying the horror is toned down and I can understand wanting greater mechanical control for level exploration or what not.
I think keeping the core immersion but adding extra features for replay-ability would be great. Could even be like the Stanley Parable 2 where more features are unlocked on repeated openings of the game. So it can call your attention to these types of settings once you have experienced the game "normally" once.
