  Agreed. I'm even fine with it if you can only reconnect as a spectator (like when you die), as long as we don't have to restart the whole game to rejoin.

  If you need inspiration I like the way Phasmophobia has the join code visible if you want it (hidden if you’re streaming) but in their level menu, so in the in game menu even just having a rejoin code visible so you don’t have to quit and restart when playing with friends! Also a way to friend players you meet randomly so you can see them online and re invite them?
