Bunker death bug

In Nightmare mode (I don't know about the other ones) with 3–4 players, one of the non-host players sometimes dies while loading into the bunker. This bug seems similar to the loading bug between level 52 and 55.1, where a player can die if someone moves before everyone has finished spawning. There is this in some levels.
