Add Level "M.E.G. BASE ALPHA"

I propose adding the M.E.G. level "Alpha Base"
Description
The M.E.G. level "Alpha Base" is a collection of clean rooms and corridors.
This level is the main M.E.G. base, which is not abandoned.
Items
Almond Water, Juice, Flashlight, and Energy Bar
Entities
Wanderer
Wanderers
Wanderers are found throughout the base; you can talk to them or ask for supplies.
Entrances
On the fourth sublevel of Level 1, on the second floor, find a gate (it will only unlock after the "Wrong Door" ending).
Exits
Simply exit through the same gate you entered through, and you will then return to the fourth sublevel of Level 1.
