Add Voice Chat between dead players

When two players have died, the only option to communicate with eachother is the ingame text chat, which can ruin/spoil the experience for alive players.

BSoD MergedWhen you are dead and are spectating another player, you cannot speak with the other spectators. I think this should be added so spectators can comment to each other on what's going on.

CROSSANTI like this suggestion! That would be fun and help maintain immersion for those still alive.
