Add Level 43 "Water World"

I suggest adding Level 43 as a secret level.
Objective: The exit from Level 43 is blocked by a gate. To open it, you need to feed nine fish tanks. After this, the door to the control room will unlock, where you need to activate the lever and the gate will open and the exit will be unlocked.

MrCloseThat could be a cool level especially as a secret one but the objective is pretty bland compared to the level in the lore so maybe if it were to be more lore accurate it would be better and longer but the suggested objective could possibly work as a start
